James Kostoroski has been promoted to the position of Circulation Director for Sound Publishing, Inc,
James will be responsible for overseeing circulation for the West and East Sound Newspapers and Nickel Publications. His new duties will include increasing the paid circulation of our community newspapers, implementing weekly audit procedures and moving our delivery towards the sub-zip level model. Carrier payroll and circulation data processing will be moving to the Kent circulation center.
James will report to Josh O’Connor on circulation matters regarding East Sound newspapers and to Lori Maxim for matters regarding Nickel publications and West Sound newspapers. Circulation managers will have an indirect line of responsibility to James but will ultimately report to their respective newspaper publishers.
